Jakarta - Moderator debat Calon Presiden (capres) Tommy Tjokro ternyata menekuni olahraga kickboxing. Latihan dilakukan 1 kali seminggu bersama sang istri dan instruktur yang tiba ke rumahnya

"Sudah 1 tahun ini saya rutin latihan kickboxing. Olahraga ini sukses membantu badan serta pikiran terasa lebih sehat dan segar," kata Tommy yang akan memandu debat capres putaran kedua ini pada detikHealth.



Tommy mengatakan, beliau menentukan kickboxing alasannya ialah menyukai seni beladiri semenjak dulu. Tommy sebelumnya berganti-ganti jenis beladiri sehingga belum sempat menyelesaikanya sampai tuntas.

Saat ini, Tommy berharap kickboxing dapat menyeimbangkan latihan cardio serta kekuatan di tangan dan kaki. Latihan teratur memungkinkan stamina terus terjaga sehingga badan tidak gampang lelah dengan banyaknya aktivitas.

Selain kickboxing, Tommy juga menyukai diving bersama teman-temannya. Namun acara ini dilaksanakan kalau tersedia cukup waktu.
